Extractor fans

Whether you are looking to install a kitchen, utility room or bathroom extractor fan, Steven McGiff Electrical Service can support your requirements.

At Steven McGiff Electrical Services, we use a 4” or 6” diamond tipped core drill, ideal for cutting very neat round hole through tiles, blocks or bricks. However, this is a very dusty process and it can take quite a long time to clean the brick dust out of all the little nooks and crannies!

There are a number of different types of fans on the market, with different flow rates. Some incorporate built in timers, built in humidity stats and low voltage (for bathrooms). Part of our service would be to discuss what model / specification would be most suitable for your requirements.
