Kitchens

If you are planning a new kitchen, positions of the current sockets may not comply to the electrical / building regulations: for example, sockets, fuse spurs and cooker isolators must be a minimum of 30cm (12 inches) away to the side of the sink and cooker. Regulations also specify that any built in appliances must have a accessible point of isolation.

You may want to consider plinth lights, plinth heaters, under unit lighting, pelmet lighting and down lights recessed into the ceiling.
