Rewires

A Periodic Inspection report will determine the quality and condition of your electrical installation. Frequently older properties do not have sufficient power points to cope with the daily use of modern technology and appliances and there are still a significant number of properties that do not have an earth wire within the lighting circuits: The earth wire is your protective wire, therefore without one, should you have any metal light fittings, there will be no protection and under fault conditions you may get an electric shock. In these circumstances Steven McGiff Electrical Services would recommend a part or full rewire.
